Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Ronray Spirit.
Gunmetal Rebel and Ronray Spirit were quick to begin. Lochinvar Kors and Landmark collided soon after the start. Nobu, Lochinvar Kors and Landmark collided soon after the start checking Nobu and Lochinvar Kors. Landmark and Dyna Yavin collided approaching the first turn. Gunmetal Rebel contacted the running rail approaching the first turn. Lochinvar Kors raced wide in the home straight.
Gunmetal Rebel, after falling in the catching pen was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained split webbing to its right front foot. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
