Zipping Express and Stealthy Who were slow to begin. Ultimate Jack, Zipping Chrystal and Sir Bridgborn collided on the first turn, checking Zipping Chrystal; Madame Black raced wide as a result. Sir Bridgborn checked off Zipping Express on the home turn. Ultimate Jack and Sir Bridgborn collided on the home turn.

Alpha Pluto, Miss Betsy and Gabonia were slow to begin. Misty Sannette was very slow to begin (3 lengths). Alpha Pluto checked off Helga Bale soon after the start. Spring Gambo and He's So Good were quick to begin. Dr. Timothy, Just Wins, Diego Bale and Sir Tex collided soon after the start, checking Dr. Timothy and Just Wins. Diego Bale and Sir Tex collided approaching the first turn, checking Sir Tex and Dr. Klaas. Dr. Timothy raced wide on the first turn and throughout the remainder of the event. He's So Good checked off Agile Reason entering the back straight. Just Wins checked off Diego Bale in the back straight, checking Sir Tex. Diego Bale faltered on the third turn and lost ground. Just Wins and Dr. Klaas collided approaching the home turn, checking Just Wins. Diego Bale and Dr. Klass collided in the home straight, checking Diego Bale and Sir Tex.

Natural Oak, Blingified, Alexis Kelton and Tiger's Hero were slow to begin. Zipping Gilbert checked off Rugall soon after the start. Natural Oak checked off Blingified approaching the first turn. Alexis Kelton, Cosmea and Tiger's Hero collided on the first turn, checking Cosmea. Alexis Kelton and Tiger's Hero collided on the second turn. Alexis Kelton raced wide in the back straight. Rugall checked off Blingified approaching the fourth turn. Zipping Gilbert and Cosmea collided on the home turn.

Mr. C. Capuano was fined the sum of $50.00 for his failure to produce the registration registration card for the greyhound Black Velcro pursuant to GAR 33.

Memory Bound was a late scratching at 4:05PM on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon due to an injury. A fourteen day stand down period was imposed.

Palm Tee was very slow to begin (4 lengths). Black Velcro checked off Kilkee Flex approaching the first turn. Chasin Mikado raced wide approaching the second turn. Palm Tee checked off Soul Dancer in the back straight. Soul Dancer checked off Black Velcro approaching the home turn. Palm Tee and Soul Dancer collided on the home turn, checking Soul Dancer.

Dot Com Diesel was slow to begin. Hisagi Bale, Schumacher and Miss Monteya collided soon after the start. Dot Com Diesel checked off Dr. Samson soon after the start. Etched In Black crossed to the rail approaching the first turn, checking Motangi and Spring Grace. Spring Grace, Etched In Black, Hisagi Bale and Schumacher collided on the first turn, checking Schumacher, and severely checking Dr. Samson, Motangi and Miss Monteya, causing Dot Com Diesel and Etched In Black to fall. Miss Monteya checked off Schumacher on the home turn. 

Dot Com Diesel was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right tricep muscle and shoulder, a fourteen day stand down period was imposed. 

Etched In Black was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the neck, a ten day stand down period was imposed. 

Quizmaster and Child's Dream were slow to begin. Folio Bale and Paw Favor collided soon after the start. Paw Favor and Dr. Taylor collided approaching the first turn, checking Dr. Taylor. Folio Bale crossed to the rail on the first turn, checking Someday Lady and Ebert Bale. Someday Lady and Ebert Bale collided on the first turn, checking Ebert Bale and Quizmaster; severely checking Paw Favor and Child's Dream. Paw Favor raced wide as a result. Ebert Bale and Quizmaster collided approaching the home turn, checking Quizmaster. 

Paw Favor was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. 

A post race sample was unable to be taken from Ebert Bale (winner of the event), a blood sample was subsequently taken. 

Miss Latoya and Bounty were slow to begin. Miss Latoya checked off Tekki Twist soon after the start. Bounty checked off Boom Boom Shiraz soon after the start. Miss Latoya, Boom Boom Shiraz, Bounty, Macalister Sam and Proven Latte collided on the first turn, checking Bounty and Macalister Sam. Boom Boom Shiraz checked off Proven Latte on the second turn. Pure Glory and Tekki Twist collided on the third turn. Pure Glory, Tekki Twist and Miss Latoya collided several times approaching the home turn, on the home turn and in the home straight, checking all three greyhounds. Bounty and Pure Glory collided in the home straight, checking Pure Glory. 

Dyna Judas and Call Me Scary collided soon after the start. Cool Mikado and Call Me Scary collided on the first turn. Fuzzy Buzzy checked off Miss Penguin on the second turn. Dyna Judas checked off Call Me Scary approaching the home turn. Blue Mayhem and Lucy Norris collided on the home turn. Dyna Judas checked off Call Me Scary on the home turn. Miss Penguin galloped on the heels of Lucy Norris on the home turn, checking both greyhounds.

Satisfactory Trial Results - Allen Deed trialled over the 515m from box 8, weight 31.2kg, the greyhound was placed 1st in a field of 5. The time of the trial was 29.40, the greyhound won by a margin of 5.25 lengths. Allen Deed was Cleared. 

Satisfactory Trial Results - Francol trialled over the 515m from box 2, weight 32.1kg, the greyhound was placed 5th in a field of 5. The time of the trial was 29.40, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 19 lengths. Francol was Cleared.
