Crave was quick to begin. Kosmikos, Senni Ricky and Aston Maveric were slow to begin. Kosmikos and Senni Ricky collided soon after the start checking Senni Ricky. Crave and Deadly Pace collided approaching the first turn checking What You Say and Kosmikos and severely checking Aston Maveric. Dr. Shiki, Crave and Deadly Pace collided on the first turn checking Deadly Pace. Crave checked off Dr. Shiki approaching the home turn checking Deadly Pace. Senni Ricky galloped on the heels of Kosmikos approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds. Crave and Lynlaw Harvey collided on the home turn. What You Say checked off Deadly Pace on the home turn. Aston Maveric checked off Senni Ricky on the home turn and raced wide as a result. Kosmikos and Aston Maveric collided several times in the home straight checking both greyhounds. What You Say checked off Deadly Pace in the home straight.
