Steward's Report
Stagger Express was quick to begin. Penelopes Cruzn went up with the lids at boxrise and was slow to begin. Crackerjack Pest, Mazzetti, Helga Bale and Runaway Shaye collided approaching the first turn, checking Helga Bale and Runaway Shaye and severely checking Mazzetti which faltered and tailed off as a result. Stagger Express and Electro Bale collided on the first turn. Helga Bale and Penelopes Cruzn collided approaching the home turn, checking Penelopes Cruzn.
A sample was taken from Stagger Express - the winner of the event.
Mazzetti was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured right shoulder and left monkey muscle, a 28 day stand down period was imposed.
