S Bonaccurso, trainer of Cee Cee Senor redeclared a new weight of 31.8kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Cee Cee Senor last raced at 33.1kgs.

Stewards spoke to S Bonaccurso, the trainer of Cee Cee Senor after noting the greyhound had not raced for approximately 4 months. S Bonaccurso stated that the greyhound had been recovering from a metatarsal.injury 

Perfect Lily checked off Kevin In Bangkok approaching the first turn and collided with Go Vicki.  Perfect Lily, Perrier Bale and Bubble Has Burst collided approaching the first turn, checking Perrier Bale and Bubble Has Burst.  Perfect Lily and Ollie Boy collided on the first turn, checking OIlie Boy.  Perrier Bale, Cee Cee Senor and Ollie Boy collided approaching the home turn, checking Ollie Boy which collided with Valletta Chief and lost ground as a result.

Dark Obsession checked off Nawala Ginto soon after the start.  Banker Bale, Nissan Bale, Crisis Bale and Nawala Ginto collided approaching the first turn.  Banker Bale checked off Nissan Bale approaching the first turn.  Banker Bale checked off Crisis Bale on the first turn.  Nawala Ginto severely checked off Isala Bale approaching the home turn.  Isala Bale crossed to the outside on the home turn, checking Banker Bale.

Nawala Ginto was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained abraisions to the right hind leg.  No stand down period was imposed.

Crisis Bale was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left monkey muscle, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Melodramatic was a late scratching at 10.29AM due to injury (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted..

Barellen Opal was quick to begin.  Ninety Five, Du Plessis and Waynewright collided soon after the start, checking Du Plessis and Waynewright.  Lever Action crossed to the rail on the first turn, checking Thunder Chief, Ninety Five, Waynewright and Du Plessis.  Lever Action checked off Thunder Chief on the second turn.  Gazer Bale and Waynewright collided approaching the home turn.

Stewards spoke to L Hellmuth, the trainer of Fine Diner after noting the greyhound had not raced for approximately 4 months. L Hellmuth stated that the greyhound had been recovering from an injury to its right back toe.
