Black Kaspa went up with the lids at box rise and was very slow to begin (3 lengths). Movefasa Reg, Hard Merchandise and Got The Picture collided soon after the start checking Hard Merchandise and Movefasa Reg. Jane Eliza and Tycoon Diamond collided on the first turn checking Tycoon Diamond. Movefasa Reg, Tycoon Diamond, Hard Merchandise and Got The Picture collided on the first turn checking Tycoon Diamond, Hard Merchandise and Got The Picture. Tina Two and Jane Eliza collided entering the front straight checking both greyhounds. Black Kaspa, Movefasa Reg, Tycoon Diamond and Got The Picture collided on the second turn checking Black Kaspa, Movefasa Reg and Got The Picture and severely checking Tycoon Diamond.
Hard Merchandise was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to its left triceps and left monkey muscle. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
