Roll 'Em High was slow to begin.  Fawn Mantra and Madem Model collided soon after the start.  Albert's Patch and How's It Proper collided soon after the start.  Fawn Mantra and Madam Model collided at the 250m mark.  Simply Maybe and Katie Alouette collided at the 250m mark.  Madam Model and Miss Nicastro colllided at the 200m mark.  Fawn Mantra galloped on the heels of Madam Model at the 150m mark, checking Miss Nicastro and Roll 'Em High and severely checking Madam Model which stumbled and contacted the running rail, causing Madeam Model to gallop on the heels of Miss Nicastro as a result.

Madam Model was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained lacerations to the left hind webbing, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Tekki Breeze checked off Miranlou soon after the start.  Emi's Boy Macca and Teddy Nitro collided at the 300m mark.  Colliyan checked off Azza's Girl at the 250m mark.  Tekki Breeze and Miranlou collided approaching the winning post.

A sample was taken from West On Xandi - the winner of the event.

Steward's noticed that Mr D Crawford's mobile phone rang on arrival at the boxes for this event. Mr Crawford was reminded of his responsibilities to ensure that his mobile telephone is switched off when engaged in race day duties.

An out of competition sample was taken from Little Nitro engaged in this event on the 22nd May pursuant to GAR 79A.

Young Hills was slow to begin.  Little Nitro, Revelling and He Gone collided soon after the start.  Remember Train crossed to the rail soon after the start, checking Miss Suttle and Aston Agile.  Remember Train and Revelling collided several times fromthe 300m mark until the 250m mark.  Young Hills checked off Andelven at the 250m mark.  Young Hills and Miss Suttle collided at the 150m mark.  Young Hills and He Gone collided at the 125m mark.  Young Hills and Miss Suttle collided at the 100m mark, causing Miss Suttle to cross to the outside, checking Young Hills.

Young Hills was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained lower back soreness, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Pure Riddle was quick to begin.  Marie Schrader and Roarte Quayle were slow to begin.  Bella Lestrange crossed to the rail soon after the start, checking Marie Schrader and Rodarte Quayle.  Miss Kadia and Explosive Sky collided soon after the start, checking Lil' Feisty.  Invictus Ash and Miss Kadia collided at the 250m mark.  Rodarte Quayle and Bella Lestrange collided approaching the 150m mark.  Rodarte Quayle and Bella Lestrange collided at the 150m mark, checking Rodarte Quayle.

Sultan Of Swing and Mr. Snackman were slow to begin.  Mr. Snackman and Santa's Specal collided at the 300m mark, causing Santa's Special to falter and tail off.  Crawf's Bread, Maximus Glider and Chevy Spark collided at the 250m mark, checking Sultan Of Swing and Mr. Snackman and severely checking Chevy Spark.  I'm Pumped crossed to the outside at the 200m mark.  Sultan Of Swing and Maximus Glider collided at the 50m mark.

Santa's Special was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured right triceps and right monkey muscle, a 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Chevy Spark was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured right quadriceps, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Shankill Mo and Unquestionably was slow to begin.  Knocka's Choir and Amelia Christa collided soon after the start.  Knocka's Choir, Amelia Christa and Kyl's Me Mate collided at the 300m mark.  Shankill Mo checked off Kirabilli Rosie at the 200m mark.  Knocka's Choir and Amelia Christa collided at the 150m mark.  Amelia Christa crossed to the rail at the 100m mark and collided with Unexcuseable, checking Knocka's Choir.  Unquestionably galloped on the heels of Kyl's Me Mate at the 100m mark, checking Kyl's Me Mate.  Unexcuseable and Amelia's Christa several times approaching the winning post.

Kirabilli Rosie was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a broken right hind toe nail, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Samples were taken from the placegetters of the event - Kirabilli Rosie (1st), Shankill Mo (2nd) and Amelia Christa (3rd).

Mr B. Morse, trainer of Big Dunc declared a new weight of 34.0kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Big Dunc last raced at 35.1ks on 26/4/15.

Subway crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Cruiser's Sol, checking In This Way as a result.  Blue Mayhem and Scintillating collided at the 300m mark.  Big Dunc and In This Way collided at the 250m mark.

Stewards spoke to P Presutto, trainer of Scintillating, and issued a warning regarding the greyhounds boxing manners.

The starting time for this event was amended to 2.26pm following a request from Sky Channel.

Silvertop was slow to begin.  Conspiracy, Shazzle's Boy and Pretty Boy Grigg collided soon after the start.  Pay Da Trail and Hawka Tron collided at the 300m mark.  Shazzle's Boy and Pretty Boy Grigg collided at the 300m mark, checking Pretty Boy Grigg.  Silvertop and Pay Da Trail collided at the 275m mark.  Red Light Runner and Conspiracy collided approaching the winning post.

Samples were taken from the placegetters of the event - Allkel To Excel (1st), Conspiracy (2nd) and Red Light Runner (3rd).

Mercury Benz, Dana Archie and About To Peak collided soon after the start.  Cool Boss crossed to the outside at the 300m mark, checking Dana Archie and About To Peak.  Mercury Benz lost ground at the 250m mark.  Cool Boss galloped on the heels of Guilded Lily approaching the winning post, checking both greyhounds.

Mercury Benz was vetted following the event and after being re-vetted following race 12, it was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured right triceps, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to G Johnson, the trainer of the greyhound Mercury Benz.  Stewards deemed the performance of Mercury Benz unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, stewards directed that Mercury Benz must peform a satisfactory trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Aqua Lamont was slow to begin.  Major Crush and Kraken Concord collided soon after the start.  Mumbles Murray crossed to the outside soon after the start and collided with Peregon Flyer.  Peregon Flyer and Prince Nando collided at the 300m mark.  Tangible and Aqua Lamont collided at the 300m mark.  Kraken Concord checked off Aqua Lamont approaching the winning post.

Paselina, Barada and Gospel Lass collided soon after the start, checking Cincinnati Lee.  Barada checked off Paselina at the 300m mark.  Cincinnati Lee and Major Talent collided several times at the 250m mark.

Prince Baling stumbled at box rise and was very slow to begin (7 lengths).  Choco Rocco crossed to the outside at the 250m mark checking Tzar Norma, checking Key Largo Prince as a result.  Game Maker appeared to falter and lose ground at the 50m mark.

Game Maker was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left oblique muscle, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

MEETING COMMENTS:

Mr J Cornell was stood down from all catching duties until such time as he has renewed his catcher's linence, which is currently expired.
