Steward's Report

Buckle Up Zing was quick to begin. Akina Dee Jay, Tiger Ty Vic adn Immo Com were slow to begin. Tiger Ty Vic and Highfield Bambo collided soon after the start. Immo Com and Delvin Flash collided soon after the start. Bluebells Rocker and Trisha Nolan collided approaching the first turn. Akina Dee Jay checked off Tiger Ty Vic approaching the first turn, checking Immo Com.

Meeting Comments:

Satisfactory Trial Results – Poker Brat trialled over the 400m from box 3, weight 27.8kg, the greyhound was placed 2nd in a field of four starters. The time of the trial was 23.15, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of a nose. Poker Brat was cleared.

Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR 77A) - Stewards spoke to Mr G.Sneyders, the trainer of Night Explosion regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced. Night Explosion last raced on 8th September, 2015. Mr Sneyders stated that the greyhound was returning to racing after a right achilles injury. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Night Explosion trialled over the 400m from box 8, weight 25.8kg, the greyhound was placed 4th in a field of four starters. The time of the trial was 23.15, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 3.50 lengths. Night Explosion was cleared.

Satisfactory Trial Results – Don't Argue trialled over the 400m from box 1, weight 29.6kg, the greyhound was placed 3rd in a field of four starters. The time of the trial was 2315, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 0.5 lengths. Don't Argue was cleared.
