A pre race sample was taken from Boss Senor.
Aston Tara was quick to begin. Fragility, Ruff Edges and Amlin Mystique were slow to begin. Quick Step, Ruff Edges and Amlin Mystique collided soon after the start checking Quick Step and Ruff Edges. Amlin Mystique galloped on Miss Mathieson approaching the first turn checking Miss Mathieson. Aston Tara crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Aston Tara and severely checking Boss Senor and Annunaki. Fragility checked off Amlin Mystique on the first turn. Boss Senor and Miss Mathieson collided approaching the home turn severely checking Miss Mathieson. Fragility and Amlin Mystique collided approaching the home turn checking Amlin Mystique and Annunaki. Quick Step checked off Amlin Mystique on the home turn checking Miss Mathieson which raced wide. Ruff Edges raced wide on the home turn.
Fragility was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained abraded webbing right hind and a graze to the left hind toe. No stand down period was imposed.
