Stewards spoke to Mr. P. Leonard the trainer of Orange Blossom regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Orange Blossom last raced on 29th of March 2016 and is returing to racing after an injured left hind toe.
A pre-race sample was taken from Why Not Jojo.
Elfie and Stumble collided soon after the start. Why Not Jojo and Iona Machine collided approaching the first turn checking Why Not Jojo, Iona Machine, Elfie and Stumble. Fairy Tiger and Orange Blossom collided approaching the home turn.
