Steward's Report
Shanae Rose and Golden Dreams were quick to begin. Gox Rocks and Gas To Run were slow to begin. Gas To Run faltered soon after the start and subsequently pulled up. Lucky Andy and Barroom Express collided approaching the first turn. Shrek's Phantom and Bird Has Flown collided on the first turn checking Bird Has Flown. Barroom Express galloped on the heels of Lucky Andy on first turn checking both greyhounds. Shrek's Phantom checked off Shanae Rose on the home turn checking Golden Dreams. Golden Dreams and Shrek's Phantom collided several times in the home straight checking both greyhounds.
Gas To Run was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound was sustained a spinal injury. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
