Cosby Sweater was slow to begin.
Flame On Rocks and Bobby Serrano collided soon after the start. Wrecking Ralph galloped on the heels of Harkonen Bale checking Wrecking Ralph, Harkonen Bale and Bobby Serrano. Harkonen Bale galloped on the heels of Explosive Sky on the first turn checking Explosive Sky. My Cinderbella raced wide approaching the home turn. Flame On Rocks checked off Explosive Sky on the home turn. Bobby Serrano and Explosive Sky collided on the home turn and again entering the home straight, Bobby Serrano brushed the running rail as a result. Explosive Sky checked off Flame On Rocks approaching the winning post.
My Cinderbella was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left shoulder and left triceps. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
