Mewstone Rocket and Ikari Express were slow to begin. Saint Gracie and Brown Bomber collided soon after the start. Zelemar Storm crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Zipping Nelson, Naughty And Nice and Ikari Express. Zipping Nelson checked off Zelemar Storm approaching the first turn and collided with Saint Gracie. Naughty And Nice, Ikari Express and Mewstone Rocket collided several times on the first turn checking Naughty And Nice. Saint Gracie checked off Zipping Nelson approaching the second turn. Brown Bomber checked off Jailor Bale on the second turn. Ikari Express checked off Zelemar Storm approaching the home turn.
