A pre race sample was taken from Sub Zero Magic.
Thunder Raz was slow to begin. Nessa Shim and Made First collided approaching the first turn. Fly As One and Made First collided on the first turn checking Allen Jeer and Fly As One. Made First and Misty Fiord collided approaching the home turn checking Misty Fiord. Thunder Raz and Misty Fiord collided approaching the home turn. Allen Jeer checked off Made First entering the home straight. Fear The Rascal cramped in the home straight.
Fear The Rascal was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound suffered from cramp, no stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr T. Price, Trainer of Fear The Rascal. Acting in accordance with GAR 71 (Cramp), Stewards directed that the greyhound must perform a Satisfactory Trial before any future nomination will be accepted.
