A pre race sample was taken from Sixty Three.
Bonza Magic and Hillbilly Kisses were quick to begin. Bet Bet Belle and Malarkey collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds. Sixty Three, Bet Bet Belle and Malarkey collided approaching the first turn checking Bet Bet Belle. Sixty Three, Bet Bet Belle and Malarkey collided on the first turn severely checking Sixty Three and Bet Bet Belle, Bet Bet Belle stumbled as a result. Malarkey contacted the running rail approaching the home turn. Seabrook Gem galloped on the heels of Hillbilly Kisses approaching the home turn checking Seabrook Gem. Bonza Magic raced wide entering the home straight.
Malarkey was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
