Steward's Report
A pre–race urine sample was taken from My Girl Missy.
My Girl Missy was slow to begin.
Nick's Mate (checked and fell aproaching the winning post) underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right triangle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Rewritten (turned his head inwards and marred nick's mate approaching the winning post), underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to both calfs. A 3 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr. Steven Van Oirschot regarding Rewritten’s racing manners approaching the winning post. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, Rewritten was charged with marring. Mr. Oirschot pleaded guilty to the charge. Rewritten was suspended for 28 days (1st offence) at bendigo and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
