Steward's Report
Madalia Patch and Arlunya were slow to begin.
Madalia Patch, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right foreleg long head triceps injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr Peter Mckenzie regarding Madalia Patch’s racing manners on the home turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, Madalia Patch was charged with marring. Mr Mckenzie reserved his plea to the charge. Madalia Patch was found guilty and suspended for three months (4th offence) at all tracks and must perform two Satisfactory Trial/s in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
