Steward's Report

Our Nico was slow to begin.  Zipping Express and Alpha Athena collided soon after the start.  Zipping Express, Alpha Athena, Bands Of Gold, Noise Attack and Bluehawk Sun collided approaching the first turn, checking Alpha Athena, Bands Of Gold and Noise Attack.  Our Nico checked off ZIpping Express on the first turn.  Bluehawk Sun checked off Etched in Black on the first turn.  Zipping Express and Alpha Athena collided on the second turn.  Zipping Express and Alpha Athena collided approaching the home turn.

Bands Of Gold was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a sore right monkey muscle, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Noise Attack was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Stewards spoke to L Kraemer, the trainer of the greyhound Noise Attack.  Stewards deemed the performance of Noise Attack unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Noise Attack must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.
