Steward's Report
Wrong Missy and Ablett Flyer were quick to begin. Psycho Buddy was slow to begin.
Ablett Flyer underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right gluteals muscle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Representative - Mr. Billy McRae regarding the racing manners of Ablett Flyer approaching the home turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Ablett Flyer was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr. McRae pleaded guilty to the charge. Ablett Flyer was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
