Steward's Report
Mr. Arron Rocke failed to kennel Ora Banda Gold by the appointed kennelling time. A fine of $100.00 was issued pursuant to LR 39.1
Like A Blaze and Sloan Street were quick to begin. Impress Sugar was slow to begin.
Ora Banda Gold underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the front left paw. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr. Arron Rocke regarding Ora Banda Gold’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Ora Banda Gold was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr. Rocke pleaded guilty to the charge. Ora Banda Gold was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted
