Esse Elle Kay and Max McGuiness collided soon after the start. Woodland Jack, Esse Elle Kay and Max McGuiness collided on the first turn severely checking Esse Elle Kay, Darley Sunday and Max McGuiness. Max McGuiness and Darley Sunday collided on the home turn checking both greyhounds.
