Steward's Report
Great Force was slow to begin.
Princess Lacy crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Chardonnay. Steel Show and Chardonnay collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds. Princess Lacy and Candle Boy collided approaching the first turn. Great Force faltered on the first turn and tailed off. Vancouver Bale checked off Princess Lacy in the home straight.
Great Force was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured right hock. A 28 stand down period was imposed.
