The start of this event was delayed by approximately 5 minutes after the greyhound Jellybean Run underwent a veterinary examination at the boxes and was found to be injured in the right monkey muscle and was a late scratching at 2:48PM on the vet's advice. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
