A urine sample was taken from Forward Step upon arrival at the course.
Back Ruby and Kraken Honey were quick to begin. Perfect Stranger, John Boy and Forward Step were slow to begin.
Perfect Stranger raced wide in the home straight.
Kraken Honey (severely checked after the running of the event) underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported.
