Steward's Report
The official start time for this event was 2:24pm. The advertised start time in FastTrack was scheduled for 2:42pm and unable to be amended. Due to issues with communicating the time change, the start of this event was delayed by 5 minutes.
Taryn's Blue and Lethal Trix were slow to begin.
Lethal Trix (raced ungenerously approaching the 200m mark) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right thigh injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr. Billy Galea regarding the racing manners of Lethal Trix. After hearing submissions from Mr. Galea, viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, a warning was issued.
