Steward's Report
Go Go Evie and Jarmon were quick to begin.
Max Rose (marred Can't Park There entering home straight) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left fore foot spike wound. No stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr. Mark Mcclelland regarding Max Rose’s racing manners entering the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, Max Rose was charged with marring. Mr. Mcclelland pleaded guilty to the charge. Max Rose was suspended for 28 days (1st offence) at The Meadows and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
A post-race urine sample was taken from Go Go Evie - winner of the event.
