Miss Midget, Elektrickily, Who's Al and Malway Bomber were slow out. Miss Midget and Elektrickily collided soon after the start. Astro Doc, Who's Al and Malway Bomber collided soon after the start checking Who's Al. Who's Al checked off the heels of Astro Doc approaching the first turn. Rainbow Ability checked off the heels of Elektrickily on the first turn severely checking Rainbow Ability and Malway Bomber with Rainbow Ability stumbling as a result. Malway Bomber crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Miss Midget and Astro Doc. Miss Midget veered out and marred the running of Rainbow Ability approaching the home turn severely checking Rainbow Ability and Who's Al. Mini Mia and Elektrickily collided approaching the home turn and again entering the home straight. Miss Midget was vetted following the event it was reported that there was no apparent injury found. Acting under GAR 69(1)(a) stewards charged Miss Midget with marring and suspended the greyhound for 28 days at Warrnambool and directed that the greyhound perform a STAT, pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
