Who Told Scooby was slow out. Arvo's Pearl was checked off Nashira soon after the start. Who Told Scooby and Rosie Roxy collided approaching the first turn. Reckling and Glamorous Denise collided on the first turn, checking Glamorous Denise and Nashira. Glamorous Denise and Who Told Scooby collided approaching the home turn. Glamorous Denise and Who Told Scooby collided on the home turn, severely checking Glamorous Denise, which pulled up as a result. Arvo's Pearl checked off Who Told Scooby in the home straight.
Glamorous Denise was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left thigh / hamstring, a ten (10) day stand down period was imposed.
