Steward's Report

Peabo's Darlyn and Mini Peabo very slow out. Bit Warped, Dave's Lad and Kate's House were slow out. Dave's Lad checked off Kate's House soon after the start. Vinnie's Spirit and Bit Warped collided approaching the first turn. Pure Bandit and Kate's House collided in the home straight. Both Peabo's Darlyn and Mini Peabo were tailed off throughout the event. Peabo's Darlyn was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. Stewards spoke to Mr. D. Petersen, the handler of the greyhound Peabo's Darlyn. Stewards deemed the performance of Peabo's Darlyn unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Peabo's Darlyn must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted. Mini Peabo was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. Stewards spoke to Mr. D. Petersen, the trainer of the greyhound Mini Peabo. Stewards deemed the performance of Mini Peabo unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Mini Peabo must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.
