Steward's Report
Jaded Sandy, Daintree Dynasty, Joy's Boy and Elite Joy collided soon after the start checking Jaded Sandy, Daintree Dynasty and Joy's Boy. Jaded Sandy clipped the running rail approaching the first turn. Violet Pass was checked off Elite Joy on the first turn severely checking Violet Pass and Joy's Boy and causing Violet Pass to fall checking Jaded Sandy. Daintree Dynasty and Elite Joy collided on the home turn checking Elite Joy and Joy's Boy.
Violet Pass was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured right shoulder muscle, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.
