Steward's Report
Dexternator Evil was slow out and stumbled soon after the start losing considerable ground as a result. Tree Fern and Hillview Jaxon collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn, checking Tree Fern. My Mona, Elite Schmackos and Bella Chanelle collided on the first turn, checking Elite Schmackos. Pale Shadow checked off Tree Fern approaching the home turn and stumbled as a result. Tree Fern galloped on the heels of Elite Schmackos entering the home straight, checking Tree Fern and severely checking Elite Schmackos.
Elite Schmackos was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the left shoulder. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
