Ryght Jab was a late scratching at 4.14pm due to injury.
What A Worm was slow out. Man Show and Schalken collided soon after the start. Man Show checked off the heels of Schalken approaching the first turn. What A Worm checked off the heels of Man Show on the first turn. Greywinds Raven checked off the heels of Extremo on the first turn. Man Show and Schalken collided on the second turn.
Extremo was vetted following the Event and Dr. Raquel Newman, the Club's Veterinary Surgeon, reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the right back muscle. Acting on a recommendation from Dr. Newman, the Stewards will stand Extremo down from competing for 10 days.
