Remo Rio was slow out.
Copeland Gaze, Boydtown Lad and Dylis Bale collided soon after the start checking Copeland Gaze and Boydtown Lad. Mr Bo Douglas, New Edition and She's Atomic collided on the first turn checking all three greyhounds. Copeland Gaze and Dylis Bale collided approaching the home turn checking Dylis Bale. New Edition and Bad Sam collided approaching the home turn. She's Atomic checked off the heels of New Edition in the home straight.
Boydtown Lad was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right thigh. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
