Steward's Report
Cruising Oak and El Zhar were slow out.
El Zhar and Fried Rice collided soon after the start checking El Zhar. Countess Millie, Raven Miss and El Zhar collided on the first turn checking Raven Miss, El Zhar and Bo Peep Flyer. Dijamaka Buck and Cruising Oak collided on the first turn checking Dijamaka Buck and Fried Rice. Cold Snap checked off the heels of Dijamaka Buck approaching the home turn. Dijamaka Buck and Fried Rice collided entering the home straight.
El Zhar was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right hock. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Samples were taken from Cruising Oak - winner of the event.
