Acting in accordance with GAR57.3(f), the Stewards will stand Silent Charisma down from competing for 7 days. Newfire Onfire, Choda Girl and Vee Eight were slow out. Gold Fever crossed to the outside soon after the start and collided with Stella Bella and Choda Girl. Choda Girl and Vee Eight collided approaching the first turn. Stella Bella checked off the heels of Gold Fever on the first turn causing Fungus McTaggart, Stella Bella and Vee Eight to collide checking Fungus McTaggart and Stella Bella. Newfire Onfire raced wide on the second turn checking Vee Eight. Newfire Onfire and Choda Girl collided approaching the home turn.
