Steward's Report
Regal Brett was slow out. Regal Brett and Magic Sarah collided soon after the start. Beckee Who, Opening Attack and Ben Galore collided soon after the start. Opening Attack and Magic Sarah collided approaching the first turn. Ben Galore and Regal Brett collided approaching the first turn checking Regal Brett. Micky Hunter and Magic Sarah collided on the first turn checking Micky Hunter. Micky Hunter and Magic Sarah collided approaching the second turn checking both greyhounds. Opening Attack checked off the heels of Magic Sarah on the second turn.
Micky Hunter was vetted following the Event and Dr. Alistair Smith, the Club's Veterinary Surgeon, reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right fore stopper and right hind hamstring. Acting on a recommendation from Dr. Smith, the Stewards will stand Micky Hunter down from competing for 7 days.
