Steward's Report
Well Done Son, Endless Pit and Dazzling Jet were slow out. Shireen's Habit and Sleeveless collided soon after the start. Resigned checked off the heels of Shireen's Habit on the first turn. Well Done Son checked off the heels of Shireen's Habit on the first turn. Kalimna Rose and Resigned collided approaching the home turn checking Kalimna Rose. Well Done Son and Now And Then collided approaching the home turn checking Now And Then. Well Done Son and Now And Then collided approaching the home turn checking Now And Then. Well Done Son and Shireen's Habit collided on the home turn. Sleeveless checked off the heels of Dazzling Jet on the home turn. Kalimna Rose and Resigned collided on the home turn.
Shireen's Habit was vetted following the Event and Dr. Y. Indrawirawan, the Club's Veterinary Surgeon, reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the neck. Acting on a recommendation from Dr. Indrawirawan, the Stewards will stand Shireen's Habit down from competing for 5 days. Stewards issued a warning to Trainer, Geoff Cook, for the manner in which the greyhound raced approaching the home turn.
