Azz I'm English and Mr. Callahan were slow out. Sweet Walk and Nanchero Chief collided soon after the start. Azz I'm, English, Sweet Walk, Nanchero Chief and Smoky's Chance collided on the first turn checking Smoky's Chance. Sweet Walk and Mr. Callahan collided on the second turn. Azz I'm English checked off the heels of Nanchero Chief on the second turn checking Mr. Callahan and Sweet Walk. Carry On Bally was held up for a run on the home turn and galloped on the heels of Jupiter Bale as a result. Jupiter Bale checked off the heels of Ragsolo on the home turn.
