Steward's Report
Pawnee Thunder and Roaring Weapon collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds. Hard Work, Sip For Six, Just A Punk and Surprise Eileen collided approaching the first turn checking Sip For Six and Just A Punk. Pawnee Thunder and Just A Punk collided on the first turn checking Pawnee Thunder. Pawnee Thunder stumbled as a result. Red Shoes contacted the running rail on the first turn and lost ground as a result. Red Shoes, Hard Work and Surprise Eileen collided approaching the home turn. Just A Punk raced wide on the home turn. Hard Work and Roaring Weapon raced wide in the home straight. Just A Punk checked off the heels of Red Shoes in the home straight.

Red Shoes was vetted after the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a muscle injury to the left hind leg. A 10 day stand down was imposed.
