Dr.Lithium, Shiften Gear, Maybe Molly, Pepsi Power and Benara John collided soon after the start checking Dr.Lithium, Shiften Gear and Maybe Molly. Max Baxter and Pepsi Power collided approaching the first turn. Max Baxter and Benara John collided on the first turn. Elite Yippee galloped on the heels of Pepsi Power on the home turn checking both greyhounds. Elite Yippee raced wide in the home straight.
Pepsi Power was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the left back muscle, a 10 day stand period was imposed.
