Dylan Bale was slow out. Hey Crabman and Bongoola Boy were very slow out. Natural Fizz and Love The Pace collided soon after the start. Lukey Dukey and Edinburgh Logan collided several times approaching the first turn severely checking Lukey Dukey. Sontaran, Lukey Dukey and Edinburgh Logan collided on the first turn severely checking Lukey Dukey. Lukey Dukey checked off Love The Pace on the first turn resulting in Lukey Dukey and Edinburgh Logan being checked.
Lukey Dukey was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Hey Crabman trailed the field throughout the race and was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness in the right back muscle, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
