Capricorn Miss, Chelsea Brown and Short Weighted were slow out. Capricorn Miss and Chelsea Brown collided soon after the start. Bull Bar Lou and Get Shakey collided approaching the first turn. Capricorn Miss, Chelsea Brown, Get Shakey and Bull Bar Lou collided on the first turn checking all four greyhounds. Capricorn Miss and Queen Burst raced wide approaching the second turn. Bull Bar Lou and Chelsea Brown collided on the second turn checking Bull Bar Lou. Short Weighted and Go Ratters collided approaching the home turn checking Go Ratters. Chelsea Brown checked off Queen Burst entering the home straight. Capricorn Miss and Queen Burst collided approaching the winning post checking Queen Burst.
