Run For Six, Caligirl and Zoe's Promise collided on the first turn checking Caligirl and Pearls Of Wisdom and severely checking Pure Maganda and Zoe's Promise. Lektra Lass and Spitfire Sally collided on the first turn. Zoe's Promise checked off Lektra Lass approaching the home turn. Caligirl and Mr. Above collided on the home turn. Lektra Lass checked off Caligirl on the home turn. Pure Maganda and Zoe's Promise collided entering the home straight and again approaching the winning post. Mr. Above raced wide in the home straight. Zoe's Promise was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to it's left pencil muscle. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards issued a warning to Mr. R. Mahony, the handler of Zoe's Promise regarding the greyhound's racing manners approaching the winning post. A swab sample was taken from Run For Six, the winner of the event.
