Steward's Report
A pre-race swab sample was taken from Jeanie's Queen.
Jemalong Steer, General Cosgrove and Tannice Bale were slow out. Brandeen Queen and Nanchero Blue collided soon after the start. Go Shoopa and Jeanie's Queen collided on the first turn. Chaucer Bale and Jeanie's Queen collided approaching the second turn checking General Cosgrove and Jeanie's Queen. Brandeen Queen and Jeanie's Queen collided on the second turn. Brandeen Queen clipped the heels of Chaucer Bale entering the back straight causing Brandeen Queen to fall and checking Jemalong Steer.
Brandeen Queen was vetted following the Event and Dr. Michelle Brooks, the Club's Veterinary Surgeon, reported that she could find no injury apparent with the greyhound.
