Steward's Report
Stewards withdrew Lady Of Avalon from this Event at 1.46 pm after Dr. Craig Forbes, the Club's Veterinary Surgeon, reported that Lady Of Avalon had swelling to the left hock and declared the greyhound unfit to compete. Acting on a recommendation from Dr. Forbes, the Stewards will stand Lady Of Avalon down from competing for 7 days. No deductions to betting were required.
Diesel Man, Hasty Rhythm and Hot Henry were slow out. Diesel Man checked off the heels of Evy's Love soon after the start. Evy's Love and Fly The Coup collided on the first turn.
Fly The Coup and Hot Henry collided on the home turn. Hot Henry raced wide in the home straight.
