Steward's Report
Galloping Pat was slow out.
Tokyo Jo and Jess Junior collided soon after the start checking Tokyo Jo. Sham Kara checked off the heels of Copa Whack on the first turn. Galloping Pat and Tokyo Jo collided on the first turn. Copa Whack and Kingston Angel collided in the back straight. Sham Kara, I'm A Tradesman and Jess Junior collided on the second turn severely checking Sham Kara and checking I'm A Tradesman, Tokyo Jo and Jess Junior. Copa Whack and Kingston Angel collided on the second turn checking Kingston Angel and severely checking Copa Whack which fell as a result. Tokyo Jo galloped on the heels of I'm A Tradesman approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds. Jess Junior checked off the heels of Galloping Pat on the home turn.
Copa Whack was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound fractured the right radius and ulna. The greyhound was euthanased.
