Steward's Report
James' Prince was slow out. Why Not James and Boss Turbine collided soon after the start. Yoshimura galloped on the heels of Frank's Memory approaching the first turn checking Yoshimura, Frank's Memory, American Tank, Why Not James and James' Prince. Why Not James, James' Prince and Frank's Memory collided on the first turn checking James' Prince and Frank's Memory severely checking American Tank and causing Yoshimura to fall checking Boss Turbine; American Tank tailed off as a result. Flashing Wish and Somma Storm collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn. Somma Storm galloped on the heels of Flashing Wish entering the home straight checking Somma Storm, Flashing Wish and Why Not James. Frank's Memory and James' Prince collided several times in the home straight checking both greyhounds. Boss Turbine raced wide in the home straight.
Yoshimura was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Jame's Prince was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured left hock and was euthanased.
American Tank was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
