Steward's Report
Greysynd Nitro, Chikorita and Linden Magpie were slow out. Royal Hello, Arrow Straight and El Lobo collided on the first turn checking Arrow Straight, El Lobo and Linden Magpie. Arrow Straight and El Lobo collided on the first turn severely checking Arrow Straight. Greysynd Nitro and El Lobo collided several times approaching the home turn checking Greysynd Nitro. Wind Breaker and El Lobo collided entering the home straight. Arrow Straight raced wide entering the home straight.
Arrow Straight was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound was found to have soreness in the right shoulder, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.
El Lobo was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound was found to have back soreness, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards issued a warning to Mr. D. Crawford, the trainer of El Lobo regarding the greyhound's racing manners on the home turn.
