Steward's Report
Blame Spencer – Late scratching at 09:52 due to non–arrival (GAR 86 and LR 39). A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Mr. Murry Collyer informed Stewards that he has had a vehicle breakdown. Stewards advised Mr. Collyer that evidence of the breakdown will need to be submitted, to the satisfaction of Stewards, within 72 hours of the occurrence that caused the non–arrival. The matter will be re–evaluated upon receipt of this evidence.
Dr. United, Minnie Rocks and My Neo were quick to begin. Maxed Out was slow to begin.
