The start of this race was delayed by 2 minutes to hold for an interstate gallops race.

Flaming Causeway, Alpha Aphrodite and All Bolts collided soon after the start checking All Bolts. Alpha Aphrodite and Lola's Entity collided on the first turn checking Lola's Entity. Spa Peter raced wide approaching the home turn. Ricardo Racer and Crymelon Monarch collided on the home turn and again in the home straight. Crymelon Monarch checked off Flaming Causeway in the home straight. Crymelon Monarch galloped on the heels of Laura Dora approaching the winning post checking Laura Dora. 

Laura Dora was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left shoulder, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Bull Bar Maisie, Hoopla Doopla and Baroness Molly collided soon after the start checking Hoopla Doopla. Baroness Molly galloped on the heels of Bull Bar Maisie approaching the first turn checking Bull Bar Maisie. Bull Bar Maisie checked off Baroness Molly on the first turn. Spa El Jay crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Hoopla Doopla and Flyin'Les Fergi. Baker's Tab and Roscoe's Entity collided on the home turn. Bull Bar Maisie checked off Flyin'Les Fergi in the home straight. 

Baroness Tiffie, Lektra Kirky and Bright Flame were slow to begin. Why Not Lisa and Nook And Cranny collided soon after the start. Lektra Kirky and Bright Flame collided soon after the start. Mepunga Atom crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Irish Drover. Lektra Kirky and Bright Flame collided approaching the first turn. Lektra Kirky checked off Baroness Tiffie approaching the home turn. 

Sparkling Star was a late scratching at 2:52pm on the advice of the Club's Veterinary Surgeon due to illness. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Schumacher, Mazzetti and Girl Guide collided soon after the start. Sacramento Sal, Mepunga Nick and Girl Guide collided on the first turn checking all three greyhounds. 

El Carado was slow to begin. Daimyo and Hez Got Nitro collided soon after the start checking Hez Got Nitro. Spa Katness and Up And Adam collided soon after the start. Boxhead and Spa Katness collided approaching the first turn checking Spa Katness. Daimyo contacted the running rail on the first turn and collided with Hez Got Nitro checking both greyhounds. 

Daimyo was vetted following the event. It was reoprted that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right shoulder, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Wolf Spy, Harcourts Joe and Amercia Bale were slow to beign. Cruisy's Luck and High Mission collided soon after the start. Lots Of Yap and High Mission collided approaching the first turn. Lots Of Yap checked off High Mission on the home turn. High Mission and Amercia Bale collided several times in the home straight.

Amercia Bale was vetted and after being re-vetted following event nine, it was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Irish Memory, Caviezel and Dawn Cruise were slow to begin. Irish Memory checked off Dawn Cruise approaching the first turn. Slipaway Robbie checked off Dawn Cruise approaching the first turn. Slipaway Robbie checked off Track Runner approaching the home turn. Dawn Cruiser checked off Simply Elusive on the home turn.

Irish Memory was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Simply Elusive was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Stewards issued a warning to Mr. R. Martin, the trainer of Simply Elusive regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the first turn.

Fluke Of Fantasy and Aristotle Bale collided approaching the first turn. Enjoy Cruising and Fluke Of Fantasy collided on the first turn checking Fluke Of Fantasy.

Following the event Miss Cersei collapsed in the catching pen. As a result the greyhound was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound experienced a seizure. No stand down penalty was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. K. Lunson, the trainer of Miss Cersei and advised him that the greyhound would be closely monitored in future events.

Flying Babe was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right back muscle, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Bold Caper and Bush Matey were slow to begin. Domestic Girl and Lynlea Jake collided on the first turn checking Domestic Girl, Lynlea Jake, Whackey Witch and Disco Volante, Whackey Witch and Disco Volante raced wide as a result. Bold Caper, Whackey Witch, Disco Volante and Domestic Girl collided approaching the home turn checking Bold Caper, Whackey Witch and Disco Volante. 

Prancing Magic and Betty Baker were quick to begin. Cee Cee Senor was slow to begin. Who's That Hook, Cee Cee Senor and Zelemar Storm collided approaching the first turn severely checking Who's That Hook, which contacted the running rail and tailed off. Cee Cee Senor brushed the running rail approaching the first turn. Lynlea Jiddy and Shared Bonus collided on the first turn. Lynlea Jiddy, Prancing Magic and Betty Baker collided on the first turn checking Prancing Magic, Betty Baker and Zelemar Storm. Cee Cee Senor and Betty Baker collided approaching the winning post. 

Who's That Hook was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right hip and a laceration to the left thigh and left elbow, a 28 day stand down period was imposed, first aid was administered.

Mona Cruise was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Blurton was slow to begin. Memphis Magic crossed to the rail soon after the start checking All Over, Nork, Field Marshal, Spa Primrose and Trias. Trias checked off All Over entering the home straight. Trias and Nork collided in the home straight.
